Denis founded Resource Management Group in 1992 and has over 25 years of experience in executive search, advising clients on talent selection. He is recognized nationally as a leading search professional. Denis has spent his career recruiting Financial Officers. He leads Resource Management Group’s CFO practice and its Private Equity practice. He works with some of the world’s greatest companies, including General Electric, Honeywell, Pepsico, Dover, and Amazon. Denis focuses on Chief Financial Officer assignments for a broad range of industries such as consumer products, financial services, technology, manufacturing, and healthcare. These companies include Fortune 500, public and private companies, and new ventures. Denis has been instrumental in building finance organizations across all functions and spearheads new business development. He began his search career with a small boutique firm also focused on Financial Officers, and prior worked for Calvin Klein. Denis lives in New Canaan, CT with his wife Lisa and their five children. Denis is active in the community and has been a board member of the David Wright Foundation, buildOn, New Canaan Youth Football, and Kids in Crisis. He was given the Volunteer of the Year award in 2013 for his work with Kids in Crisis.

Tony joined Resource Management Group as a Partner shortly after the firm was founded in 1992. He has been instrumental in driving the firm’s growth and is a key member of the firm’s executive committee.  Tony leads many of the firm’s senior executive search activities, which encompass CFO opportunities as well as all the functional areas that report directly to the CFO, including Controllership, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, Audit, Treasury and Investor Relations. Tony’s search assignments have crossed multiple industries that span sports media/entertainment, consumer packaged goods, services, manufacturing and technology. Clients served include both public and privately held companies in the Fortune 500 arena, private equity industry, and small to mid-size marketplace. He has been involved in many search assignments where clients have needed to build or rebuild the finance organization. Prior to his search career, Tony spent the first eight years of his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and various financial roles for a $3B publicly held manufacturing company. He is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated magna cum laude from Providence College, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Tony has been very active in coaching youth athletics in his local community.

Kevin has been with Resource Management Group since 1994. Kevin brings the firm more than three decades of accounting and finance search experience in diverse industries, including financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, technology, and service-driven businesses.  He has spent his career serving Fortune 500 companies as well as pre-IPO clients in all areas of accounting and financial search assignments. In addition to his management responsibilities, he remains an active search consultant, primarily focusing on senior executive assignments.  Prior to Resource Management Group, he spent 11 years with a search firm also focusing in Accounting and Finance. Before entering executive search, Kevin worked in Corporate Accounting. He graduated from Quinnipiac College with a degree in Accounting. Kevin is married to his wife Kim, and they live with their two daughters in Stamford, CT.  Kevin also serves on many boards of local charities. He enjoys skiing and boating, and is a New York Yankee and New England Patriot fan.

Jim joined Resource Management Group in 1996.  He maintains leadership responsibilities for senior searches including CFO, Controller, and Treasurer positions across a broad range of clients.  The majority of his time is spent on Fortune 200 companies within the Industrial and Consumer Goods segments.   Jim has done extensive work partnering with clients that need to energize their finance functions corporate-wide.  He brings to Resource Management Group 10 years of diverse experience in accounting and finance.  Jim started his career with Deloitte and Touche, one of the largest public accounting organizations in the world.  There, he served clients primarily in the Retail and Manufacturing sectors.  After leaving Deloitte, Jim spent the next five years in various finance roles with a Fortune 500 company based in Stamford, CT.Jim earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a Certified Public Accountant.  He is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys skiing and spending time with his wife and two boys.

Jim Slemp is a Director within the Financial Officer Practice, assisting organizations with senior executive recruiting needs in the Controllership, Technical Accounting/Accounting Policy, Financial Planning, Business Development, Treasury, and Risk areas. Jim has led assignments for both public and privately held industry leaders in financial services, industrial manufacturing, and consumer products. He works on CFO assignments and leads searches for key direct reports to the CFO, including Chief Accounting Officers, Corporate Controllers, Treasurers, Divisional Finance leaders, Corporate Development executives, FP&A heads, Audit leaders, and Tax officers.While his work has spanned multiple industries, Jim has executed a significant portion of his searches within banking/investment banking and Fortune 500 manufacturing, with clients including Synchrony Financial (recent spin-off from General Electric), Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, and Dover Corporation,  along with unique industry ground-breakers like Groupon and GILT Groupe. Before joining RMG in 1997, Jim was with the private client practice of Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith, along with prior roles with the Northeast Bancorporation in their Brokerage and Commercial Lending departments.Jim received his B.A. in Finance and Economics from West Virginia Wesleyan College, and completed his finance studies with the University of Connecticut’s  M.B.A. program. While active in a variety of community and charitable organizations, Jim is proud to have spent many years coaching in New Canaan’s Youth Lacrosse program.

Lisa has been with Resource Management Group since 1993. She is responsible for corporate development projects, human resources, and leads controllership activities. She also has overall responsibilities for public relations. Prior to joining the firm, she spent several years in mortgage banking. Lisa graduated from the University of Connecticut.

Matt has over 13 years of senior-level financial recruiting experience, and has led Chief Financial Officer and other executive search assignments throughout the country.  Matt serves clients in both the Fortune 500 arena as well as in Private Equity-owned companies.  In addition to CFOs, other areas of focus for Matt include Controllership, Corporate Development/M&A, and Investor Relations. Prior, Matt worked in advertising with a division of Omnicom Group.  He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut. Matt coaches youth baseball and soccer.  He is a fan of the UConn Huskies, New York Mets & Rangers.

He has been an integral part of the firm for the last 12 years, actively supporting the Stamford, CT office and running the New York City office. Jonathan graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications.

Al joined Resource Management Group in 2005 and has 20 years of experience in financial and accounting executive search. He continues to service clients by recruiting for senior executive searches in Treasury, Controllership, and Finance within Fortune 500 and Private Equity across all industries. Al started his career as Certified Public Accountant in both corporate and public accounting, including his work with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Quinnipiac University while playing varsity baseball. Al and his wife and three children live in Stamford, where he is active in the community with Our Lady Star of the Sea, and coaching youth hockey and baseball.

David joined Resource Management Group in 2015. His clients and prospective candidates are very important to him and he works diligently to collaborate with them to find the perfect fit. His integrity, good character, and personality make it a pleasure to work with him. David serves clients in both the Fortune 500 arena as well as in Private Equity-owned companies. In addition to CFOs, other areas of focus for David include Controllership, Financial Planning, Business Development, Treasury and Tax. Prior to joining RMG, David spent a year as a Financial Recruiter with a boutique search firm and began his career as a Financial Planner with MetLife. David earned a double major in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Connecticut as a student athlete. He had the honor of being a two-time captain for UConn’s Varsity Baseball team, played in the Cape Cod Baseball League, and was drafted by the San Diego Padres in 2009. David is an avid sports fan and follows the Huskies, Yankees and Oakland Raiders. Outside of the office, he can be found on the golf course and spending time with his family.

Erica joined Resource Management Group in 2017 as Manager of Research and Operations. She currently manages the daily operations of the firm and oversees the research, technology, and media portions of the business. Erica is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University.
